House of Yes is a performance club at 2 Wyckoff Ave in Bushwick, Brooklyn, where house and disco DJs share the night with aerialists, cabaret and drag. Its parties run on Fridays and Saturdays, listed from 10pm to 4am, plus some Thursdays, and each one has a theme you are expected to dress for. How to Get to House of Yes
The address is 2 Wyckoff Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11237, but the entrance is around the corner at 408 Jefferson St. This part of Bushwick is served by the L and M lines. There is no re-entry, so bring what you need for the night.
Dress Code & Entry Requirements
Every party has a theme, and the crowd dresses for it: costumes, glitter and anything that fits the brief. Check the theme of your night before you go, or ask us on WhatsApp.
A club built around performance
House of Yes is the Brooklyn club people send visitors to when they want something they can't get in Manhattan. The music is mostly house and disco, but the room is designed for shows: aerial acts over the dance floor, cabaret, drag and costumed performers who move through the crowd during the night. Every Friday and Saturday has its own theme party, listed from 10pm to 4am, and some Thursdays join in. Before the party, Dirty Circus is the early-evening show, listed from 6:30pm.
House rules worth knowing
House of Yes is known for its rules as much as its parties. There are no photos on the dance floor, there is no re-entry once you leave, and the club enforces a strict consent policy, with staff on the floor to keep it. Dressing for the theme is part of the deal: it is the reason the room looks the way it does. The entrance is at 408 Jefferson St, around the corner from the Wyckoff Ave address.
Tickets, tables and big dates
House of Yes publishes its parties on its own calendar and sells tickets by event, and it also books tables for groups. Popular dates such as Halloween, Pride and New Year's Eve tend to sell out ahead, and in November 2026 it had parties on the 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th and 28th.
