What is Brooklyn Pacha?
Brooklyn Pacha is Pacha New York's indoor room, built in the space that used to be Avant Gardner's Great Hall. The main hall measures 11,175 square feet and its dance floor holds more than 2,600 people. Its opening weekend, Nov 6–7, 2026, has Loco Dice, Ilario Alicante and HoneyLuv, then a Nervous Records anniversary with Louie Vega; Madeon and Luciano follow later in November. Pacha's site lists the indoor nights on Fridays and Saturdays.

Pacha New York's liquor license
Pacha New York operates on a temporary liquor license. The State Liquor Authority approved it at its late-May 2026 meeting, which lets the venue serve alcohol while its full application is processed; the Brooklyn Eagle reported it was granted over the objections of Community Board 1. Reported conditions include no 24-hour parties, no outside promoters, one show per night, sales capped at real capacity, music until 2am from Sunday to Wednesday, a complaint line and monthly records for the SLA, and a ban on using the Mirage name. Pacha also surrendered Avant Gardner's old license.
As of Nov 3, 2026, we have found no published decision on the permanent license. We'll update this page as soon as there is one.
Is Pacha New York the same as the Brooklyn Mirage?
Same address, different club. Pacha New York is run by the Pacha group on the rebuilt site, it has cut its remaining ties with the Brooklyn Mirage, and under its license it cannot use the Mirage name. If a page still sells Brooklyn Mirage tickets for upcoming dates, it is out of date.
The old Pacha NYC (2005–2016)
Before Brooklyn there was Pacha NYC, a club at 618 W 46th St in Hell's Kitchen that opened in 2005 and closed in January 2016 after about ten years. No specific reason was given at the time; its president spoke about the natural lifespan of a nightclub. It has nothing to do with the 2026 venue beyond the brand.
