The room
Little Sister is the opposite of a superclub. It's a basement lounge-club with space for about 125 people and a DJ booth, under the Moxy East Village, the same hotel that houses the restaurant Cathédrale. Small rooms fill fast, which is the point: it feels full on a good night without a thousand people in it.
Nights
The club's Instagram lists Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday from 11pm, and listings put the end of the night at 4am. We haven't found a dated 2026 calendar of its own, so check your night with us before you plan around it.
The door
Tables are the main way in, according to listings. If you're a group, plan the night ahead rather than turning up at 1am.
